This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Really enjoyed the pork satay here! The presentation was beautiful and everything on the plate looked fresh and appetizing. The pork satay was especially goodβtender, juicy, and nicely grilled with a slightly smoky, caramelized flavor. The meat was flavorful without being overly sweet, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. I also liked how the rice, fresh vegetables, pickles, and crispy shallots balanced out the meal. The portion was satisfying and the whole plate felt thoughtfully put together. Definitely one of the better pork satay dishes Iβve had. Iβd happily order this again!

This place is fantastic! Went with my girlfriend and it was our first time with Indonesian food. We were blown away by the depth of flavor and lightness of the dish especially with the temperature being how it was (high 90s). Their pastries are amazing, don't skip the Dutch Rolls and the kroquet will surprise you! They DO run out of plaintains so be careful! Its just a husband and wife, the wife cooking in the back. They're adorable and the cook came out and talked with us about their food and we even found out their sweet mustard is a family recipe!

Absolutely obsessed with this place. A friend introduced me here two weeks ago, and Iβve been thrice since. They have vegetarian options, and they are absolutely delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend

Really enjoyed my time here. I stopped in and tried their hot latte and the chicken skewers with rice, and everything was really good. The food tasted fresh and the latte was smooth and comforting. The atmosphere is great too. Itβs a nice place to get some work done because itβs not too loud, but thereβs still a good amount of people so it has a nice vibe. There are plenty of tables and lots of parking, which makes it really convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the relaxing music made the whole experience even better. Iβll definitely be coming back.

This is a nice find for Indonesian food in Upland. I just tried their ox tail soup. Also orders the Sumatra coffee. Both were delicious and fantastic. Ox tail soup is just as you would like when mom made it for you. Vegetables and tomatoes sliced in were not overcooked and brings good texture to the soup. I will certainly try other dishes next time. On second visit I had their americano coffee. Since this place is a cafe the espresso based coffee are quite nice too. I came during off hours so this place might get crowded during peak hours. Parking at the strip mall looks adequate.
